Archaic & Old-School

Pros

Smart people, big brand name, cool back lot and history

Cons

Super archaic - they have no systems, everything lives in hundreds of Excel worksheets and is done manually. They don't invest in the daily technology that you need to do your job and as a result, you spend hours upon hours spinning your wheels on stuff like digging up old sales, formatting and inputting formulas. And don't expect a half-decent computer - it will likely crash over and over while you're working on the 15th hidden tab of your P&L. The setup is also old-school in that it's all outdated cubicles. Feels like the 1950's.

Pros

Fun environment. Lots of fun events for employees. Movie screenings on the studio lot. Enjoyed my time there. Very proud moments.

Cons

Pay is low compared to other industries. Team was under staffed. People would leave and positions were not being filled.
