Pros

Creating magic with Disney is its own joy, serious responsibility, talented coworkers, hard working team, team really cares. Management are supportive and want the team to do well.

Cons

Low pay (at first) relative to the workload, responsibilities, and intense call times for events at all hours. Pay and benefits improve slowly as accrues time and especially one becomes full-time, these spots are few and lead to a some competitive atmosphere. High turnover makes the team warm up to new hires slowly.
