Pros

The benefits are great, as you can imagine at a huge company, and they do focus on career development.

Cons

They tend to hire overseas for tech a lot, and it's difficult working with teams on complete opposite schedules. They also pay pretty low on the tech side, but it's a brick-and-mortar first company so I'm sure that's why.

Pros

I kinda liked the Flex Time off but us holiday is optional meaning that you have to sort of ask for the holiday times off yourself.

Cons

There is no diversity and a lot of office politics. If you’re not Indian, you’ll be treated very differently. From my personal experience working there, my Indian colleagues—who are one or two levels above you—would frequently ask you to do their work for them and then claim the credit. They always used excuses, such as having appointments or migraines. Overall, I think it depends on the team and manager you get, but I just didn’t have a good experience during my time there. The pay is also not great enough to outweigh these cons.
