Pros

- Get to move around a lot - Time in back room away from customers - Get your own little back room separate from the main back room - managers aren’t always breathing down your neck - two paid 15 minute breaks and one hour lunch

Cons

- Can be really gross (rotten food, blood from meat) - Can get cold - Busiest departments - Management is not great
