Pros

The values that the company was built is a direct reflection of my own personal beliefs. The respect that is highly enforced makes me proud.

Cons

At times the moral seemed low because most are responsible for more than one area of the business which may lead to stress and fatigue. All of with no additional pay.

Pros

For the most part, good hard working people. Wages are good for the area. I think they have good leadership at the top.

Cons

Some management seems more concerned about how they look to others instead of focusing on the work to be done. Expected working hours is more than mainstream companies. Established processes sometimes delay forward momentum.
