good pay, good teamwork. good benefits, little travel. Good for people coming out on college getting a start in their carriers needing the experience because they have a good training program.

Cons

They pay is in salary, so the hours are often long. their busy session is near Christmas. It seems this company has more leaders then workers, this makes it hard to set priorities when your working with multiple team leads, lead developers, and project managers..

Cons

There aren't very many cons to the company other than sometimes, management can be closed minded on certain issues. Recently new hires aren't as involved in team culture.
