      An excellent place to practice the risk control profession in a client-focused environment

      Pros

      It was great to work with a mix of rising young stars as well as recognized experts in the various insurance disciplines. Supportive and inspired leadership..at least in the LA office.

      Cons

      The Strategic Outcomes Practice was a contradiction to the value system that made Willis great. That mistake was recently corrected.

      Pros

      Competitive salary is available for some positions . The organization is vast so there are many avenues for cross training or gaining insight from colleagues in other practice areas.

      Cons

      Large organization with an impersonal communication style. Revenue and expense management driven organization. Opportuniies for providing customized service to customers are limited by the requirement to follow established procedures.
