Pros
Yes they have benefits, and you get 3 weeks of pay to start with. But that's it
Cons
Company constantly keeps restructuring their organization and a lot of colleagues are loosing their jobs due to this (outsourcing, removing departments, etc.). This has been a very constant occurrence since the CEO Carl Hess took over in 2022. He does not care how many people are loosing their jobs and how inefficient he is making the organization run by this. Also the separation package they provide to their employees is pathetic and disrespectful. This organization is always constantly worried about counting pennies at every single corner it's hilarious like they are about to "go broke" any moment. Its pathetic. No wonder the turnover is high.
