      14 years of great people and stability, eventually lost to the corporate machine

      Pros

      The People: For most of my tenure, the coworkers were the best part of the job—highly skilled, collaborative, and truly supportive. Reliable Compensation: Consistent annual raises and a dependable yearly bonus structure provided great financial stability. Generous Benefits: The PTO policy is excellent and allowed for a healthy work-life balance for many years. Engaging Work: The actual day-to-day tasks were intellectually stimulating and professionally rewarding.

      Cons

      Eroding Culture: Following multiple mergers, the "people-first" culture was replaced by a rigid, money-focused environment. Loss of Institutional Knowledge: Successive layoffs and a shift toward offshoring have removed many of the veteran employees who made the culture what it was. Disconnected Leadership: Management has become increasingly distant and unreachable; there is a significant gap between senior leadership’s goals and the reality of the employees’ experience. Devaluation of US Talent: Long-term US employees are being phased out in favor of cheaper, out-of-country labor, leading to a loss of the "team" feel that once defined the company.

      Failed duty of care - poor practices - not recommend it

      Good pay check, met some nice people

      Cons

      Poor management failed duty of care abuse of power the worse company I have worked for, in 11 years of my career lack of career opportunities big on promoting diversity and inclusion but the reality is that they lack good practices

      Compensation, profit share, resources, talented colleagues, and CRM software.

      Cons

      Everyone is over worked resulting in the inability to form or build interpersonal relationships and an inconsistency in task assignments. They promote the idea of strong teamwork and collaborative efforts; however, this does not accurately reflect the reality of the situation. Associate Client Advocates, or former Client Managers are highly undervalued. The values of this publicly traded company should reflect a commitment to both shareholder interests and the importance of valuing their employees.
