Not really. Work only if it's the last option and if you have no family life, whatsoever.

Cons

Absolute pathetic Company with very undeserving and immatured management. Overtime is a untold part of your daily job without any extra pay or transport and people are judged on the number of overtime done. Favouritism is done without any hesitation or any kind of fear or shame as this is exactly how the company has been operating since the last 18 or 19 years and same can be said about most of the onshore guys as well.

Decent compensation if there were work life balance. Good benefits package (although dissipating)

Cons

Compensation good for "reasonable" work week, but expectations always on the increase to do more for the same. No value placed on work / life balance. No amount is every good enough, always demand for more. Defeating environment.

There are no pros about WTW.

Cons

I'm on the RCS team (essentially the P&C team) and it has been the worst experience ever. This is the epitome of cold and heartless corporations. There is no incentive for anyone to invest in your development. No one here cares about you at all. interpersonal relationships are discouraged by the structure and culture of the company. There is an overwhelming attitude of dispensability toward every employee. The analyst level work is being outsourced to Mexico and people in North America don't have enough work to do. The work environment is incredibly isolating. This is a great place to work if you are a robot. The benefits package is terrible.
