      Most of the people are amazing to work with.

      No current direction Does not value their employees Causes extreme burnout with little to no awareness or care Constant leadership/direction changes Things change every year to a different direction Put people in leadership that are not qualified and make decisions that cause additional issues that the employees have to clean up Says they are all about Inclusivity and Diversity but when it comes down to someone having an issue it is swept under the rug and the reporter is silenced. Everyone is afraid to say what needs to be said so things never get fixed or better.
