Generally very good working environment, nice office location and work life balance is good. Also WFH policy is trusting and flexible

Cons

Like a lot of big firms, change is slow and hierarchical.

Nice people, enjoyable initial onboarding. Induction good if a little over the top and long (a month). All very pro the company, one big happy family and what a great place to be. Very encouraging but......

Cons

Absolute lack of on the job training. I came equipped with the pension technical knowledge but they gave no training on their systems & tools. They had zero end to end process notes to follow. I left after 4 months having produced zero work and not knowing any more than the day I started.
