      Pros

      The office culture is great. The people actually care. The company offers tons of training for the associates which is a huge plus.

      Cons

      You can put in a lot of hours during peak times of the year. The pay for support staff isn't bad but it's not great either

      Great workplace for young professionals looking to launch lasting career.

      Pros

      Great place to work for a young professional looking for career development and advancement opportunities (not just actuaries and/or analysts!). Training and mentoring is provided on a daily basis through team/committee work and also through direct contact with your people manager. Overall collaborative, relaxed and fun work environment.

      Cons

      While there is room for quick advancement for young professionals, starting base salaries are not as high as offers from competitors. Overall compensation package and career opportunities help to outweigh this disparity.

      Pros

      The leadership in the office is very supportive and wonderful to work with, there is great work life balance, the culture in the office is positive and there are some amazing people to work with. They are always finding things to encourage employees like bocce ball tournaments and team building events. They also provide free soda, juice, coffee, water and more often than not there are leftovers from some meeting.

      Cons

      Having IT offshore is one of the biggest cons. It's very frustrating when you need IT needs. There are also limited opportunities for advancement.
