Pros
I worked at Willis for many years. Advancement was good for the butt kissers. I did my job and did it very well.
Cons
If you wasn't a butt kisser, forget advancement. If you tried for another job in a different department, it was up to your manager if you got the job or not. Management is undegreed and very unprofessional. Was threatened several times of being fired. And it all boiled down to she didn't like me because she was intimidated by me knowing more about the job than she did. Now the part of the department I worked in, is in real bad shape because no one left knows what they are doing. The workloads are horrible and they continue to add more and more on everybody. Making it unhumanly possible to even do all of it with NO overtime. But it you don't, then you get written up for it. People gets written up for stupid things. Example, one lady got written up cause she didn't speak to somebody at the coffee station. She quit cause she was tired of being threatened of being fired.
