      The people I worked with are great. They have a lot of resources available to help you write new business.

      They are very concerened with expenses. They spend more time on cost control than on improving the business.

      Pros

      Opportunity to move between departments for learning experience. Most of the people are generally good people. Communication between the speciality groups, good sharing of information and resources are available. As well, many specialized agents and departments in specific areas. Hours of work are good and people are treated well in general

      Cons

      The benefits are not anything to brag about. Holiday time is a little difficult to build up! Serious questions to management are often ignored and put to the side. Difficult place to jump into, as training is nearly non-existent for many. As such a little difficult to grow within the company and the industry.
