Genuinely great colleagues, you get to work alongside some real experts, competitive compensation and benefits package. Good career choice for consulting/client facing professionals.

Cons

It can be a demanding work environment, but not as full-on as some other consulting firms. Things are calming down after the merger, but some things are still slightly disjointed.

Great research capabilities, a commitment to good work and exploring new ideas for top-tier clients makes TW an energizing and challenging place to build a career.

Cons

Small circles of "insider" managers and "instant labelling" means you can get stuck with in a bow you don't want to be in - and it can be difficult to find a champion to help you get out and explore other opportunities. If you're not fast-tracked you might as well look externally.
