There has been a lot of senior management churn and this has created a sense of confusion and panic. Many people are genuinely concerned about their jobs. Willis have some strange rules and regulations eg insuring your own blackberry and the use of tough retention clauses to what are typically mediocre bonuses

No clear vision or strategy for Willis Group. Second rate employee benefits, including overal remuneration package, except for a small minority. Absurd retention package unheard of elsewhere. Bizarre practices such as obliging employees to insure company mobile phones, take out a corporate card which is then billed directly to your own personal bank account - so what's the point of it? Poor investment in staff training and personal development. Unhealthy focus on expenses to the exclusion of everything else.
