At Towers Watson you will meet great people who are usually very interested in their job. They help you take accountancy exams.

Cons

Hours can be long and you are stil expected to perform to a high level when you are studying for your actuarial or accounting exams.

-Competitive salary -Some flexibility in schedule worked -Good name to have on your resume

Cons

-No training or mentorship whatsoever. They are very dismissive when you express interest in further training -'Big brother' is in full effect here. Micromanaging your comings and goings, reading your emails, monitoring your instant messages. -Terrible and expensive benefits -Extremely conservative environment (dress code, etc.) -Those promoted to management rolls have little to no experience managing others and it's evident. -No team environment between producers and service staff. 'Us against them' mentality. You are disregarded if you're not selling.

- A very clear-cut career path - Opportunity to work directly with clients - Interesting Work - Great compensation

Cons

- Culture of workaholism is praised - No regard for human beings. They literally were excited to use the death of a co-worker to get in front of the clients he left behind. - No respect for junior employees. - Siloed culture per department. Almost impossible to make friends across departments.
