Great Work, Terrible Pay

Great, challenging work, opportunity to learn a lot, smart coworkers, opportunity to be in a client-facing role at an early stage of your career

Cons

No work- life balance (office is under-staffed so you're always expected to be on call all the time including holidays/weekend), compensation is below average, direct supervisors are too busy to do career development meetings with you
