Cons

Not much internal training, development. Some practices are more dynamic and profitable than others.

Pros

Great job while it lasted. Seasonal during the Annual enrollment of Medicare. Helping seniors who are aging into or losing their group coverage. Insurance Licensing for those who don't have it.

Cons

Seasonal work. Bring in a lot of people to train and only keep them through annual enrollment. After getting all of the certifications and licensing if you don't have them. You are only employed for the Annual Enrollment period.

People are outgoing; very flexible about schedules; free fruit and soda; try to give younger associates client contact as quickly as possible

Cons

Don't do a great job allocating resources efficiently; some senior associates show appreciation and some don't; clients come first which can mean a demanding environment
