      Pros

      Very hard-working and intelligent people. The company attracts great talent and great clients. It is a very welcoming place for young people to start their career.

      Cons

      Compensation, work-life balance, and exposure to different departments. If you love happy hours and drinking with the boss, you will like it here. If you want to do your work and enjoy a healthy work-life balance, then reconsider. There is some favoritism to those that can blur the line between work and personal life.

      8 hours work is d only positive point for Willis

      Cons

      No home drops for girls. They vl drop u alone on d highway at 12.00 without any concerns. Just waiting for something to happen. No incentives..no bonus...R & R is only given to favourites of management. ...Management gives promotion only to people who do chatugiri of them....thy will hire specialists from outside organisation but thy dont hve worth for the people working in Willis. MANGEMENT SUCKS....
