Autonomy. Deep resources. Access to very smart people so there are always chances to learn.

Cons

Not enough PTO. WTW is a big firm and sometimes lacks the connection to firmwide resources. Ex: I tried getting a benefits question answered (I am in benefits consulting so I know it's something the employer should know) and they kept referring me to the vendor who kept referring me back to the employer. Given how much collective knowledge we have as a firm, our internal resources on this should be flawless. We should also know an internal HR person who we could escalate the issue to. Ex: no one knows how to get advanced IT support like a list of who is getting a new laptop.
