Pros
Benefits were decent, at the time that I worked there (9 years ago) they were matching contributions to an RRSP which was great. Company culture was pretty good, with multiple charity initiatives and ways to engage after work. People there were generally kind and professional. There used to be half-day Fridays (in the before times) when they acquired MMM Group.
Cons
My department (marketing) was going through a restructuring during my time there, and I watched as my team was dismantled as "redundant". Left a bad taste in my mouth. The work was not very interesting for a designer, but it payed the bills. Things are likely different now, but departments like marketing often get shuffled around during company mergers.
