Broad and varied range of work Good work life balance More responsibility and opportunities to learn and progress than in private practice Benefit scheme that comes with a large engineering firm Talented and inspiring workforce

Cons

Salary isn’t amazing (and certainly nowhere near as great as private practice) It is a very large company (harder to stand out) Haven’t quite got internal communications right yet
