      Cons

      - Gender imbalance, diversity and inclusion do not exist at WSP - Too many trainings - Female employees get treated badly and often made redundant - No support from HR if something happens at workplace especially if you're female - Poor communication from management - You don't only need to stay billable to be employed, you need to say yes to everything even if they're wrong
