I’ve had a very positive experience working here. The leadership team is approachable and transparent, and there’s a strong culture of respect and collaboration. Team members are knowledgeable and supportive, and there’s a real emphasis on delivering quality work rather than just meeting deadlines.

Cons

Like any growing organization, processes can sometimes feel a bit slow or overly cautious, and priorities may shift as new initiatives are introduced.
