      Pros include: enjoyable bunch of people to work with, varied work if working as a consultant, low pressure environment.

      Cons

      Cons include: lack of leadership and vision, low to no career progression, little reward or recognition my management, lack of people persons in leadership positions, below average pay.

      Great people at most levels Some fantastic, iconic projects on the books Exposure to international projects and expertise

      Cons

      Promotion of talkers over doers has created a level of upper management that has no real insight of how the business generates income. Focus is on accounting instead of engineering. Fatal in the long term for any business.
