Growing fast, young senior management. Working with outher employees accross Canada.

Cons

In Atlantic Canada there is no room to grow any further in your career. Work is slow and there are no interesting projects to work on. The work is not challenging and I am board most days. I haven't learned anything new since working here and I feel disconnected from the company. Most days I feel I'm bashing my head against a wall.

WSP is a great company to work for. There's an awesome company culture. Everyone is willing to help out. A lot of younger designers and engineers, which is great. A really diverse range of projects.

Cons

WSP is in the process of expanding very quickly. Everyone is very busy and not sure hiring is keeping up with the amount of new incoming work.
