      Pros

      There are some truly wonderful people working here. They make for great experiences and awesome mentoring. They make it easy to get up and come to work.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, those higher up the hierarchy are not the most pleasant people. They also tend to forget that those of us on the bottom rungs do everyday what they don't know how to do. Also, unless you are making a lot of money, this can be a VERY expensive company for which to work.

      You can work on large multi-discipline projects that are often the leading projects in a particular city.

      Cons

      It's a large multi-national where you can remain anonymous. It can often appear that the company has little appreciation for your work

      Pros

      The best thing about WSP is the people. Passionate, talented, driven engineers who are quite literally transforming the built and natural environment. The company pursues and works on very interesting project around the world.

      Cons

      Employee retention is quite poor. Incentives are not commensurate with the amount of work required. On the marketing side, work is monotonous with very little variety.
