- One of the best building consultants (brands, standards, work qualities, project portfolios) - If can manage time well, 9-5 working period with very rare overtime is possible - Conducive environment to learn as fresh graduate - Encourages a lot of learning and training - Many welfare activities and incentives - No/less working politics

Cons

- The pay is relatively low, even as compared with other consultants (starting pay at $2900, have not changed for 2 years) - No overtime pay (only meal/transport if really late) - Very few company benefits & compensations - High staff turnover (expect 2 new staffs per week)

-Great place to develop technical expertise in various building services (Fire Protection; Plumbing & Sanitary; HVAC) -Great place to develop contacts in the building/construction industry

Cons

-Culture of working late (certain divisions); seniors/project managers call for discussions just before knock-off time. Workload is far too high for project managers, which spills over to junior staff. -Unsympathetic, results-oriented boss(es) -Unattractive salary package; little medical benefits; size of bonus is a bit of a joke; no 13th month.
