      Great opportunity to work on high profile projects. Good experience with management and great community within MMM. Supportive teams willing to help each other out.

      Cons

      Difficult to get technical job experience in a junior engineer position working in a project management, project specific, role. Recommend new engineering hires work on a technical team in order to gain the necessary technical experience to become effective project managers later on in their careers.
