      Lot's of opportunities to work with staff from other offices and countries

      Cons

      a lot of senior management are bullies - hired for their aggressive behaviour in the boardroom but don't have a hot clue how to manage staff.

      Pros

      Very very good offer letter and best words from HR department after the interview to attract you. Nothing else.

      Cons

      Will fire you immediately after the completion of probationary period. worst top management. they don't know how to utilise the resources. strength of HR team is more than core employees but useless. Recently WSP fired almost 50% of top professionals from the team. Remaining guyz r working in fear daily.

      Pros

      Big company. Great opportunities for career development, even more now that Parsons Brinckerhoff has merged with WSP. Many offices in the UK and abroad. Large investments in graduates. Training accredited by IMechE, IET, ICE, etc.

      Cons

      The salary is in the average of UK salaries for graduates, but it could be a bit higher. The three year graduate programme is quite long compared to other companies and not well structured yet
