Cons

Lots of culture change and emphasis on bottom line due to multiple mergers and acquisitions over last several years.

Wide range of project exposure Responsibility assigned early on in job with junior role, allowing opportunity for promotion in a good period of time Trusting environment: ability to work from home; annual leave (verbal approval from line manager), timesheets and expenses are often self approved Friendly and supportive team

Pay lower compared to other consultancies Pay rises for promotion aren't always significant Different teams have different rates of promotion for people of same grade

Cons

Low wages and no room for growth. Even if you are promoted WSP rejects raises and offeres 2% annual raises. You will not make a lot of money here.
