      I got to work on some incredible projects, both in terms of complexity and diversity.

      Cons

      Horrible management. The would hire more managers than engineers who produce actual work. Even when we would tell them that we were overworked and needed more engineers, they would tell us their budget was tight and then go out and hire another manager who happened to be a friend look for a job.

      WSP Toronto Transit & Rail was a good division,,,,, they had all the boxes ticked; strength in small numbers and a vision to grow across Canada,,,,,

      Cons

      ,,,,, until MMM's management took over !!! Now, we have no strength within their team, and no vision to look outside of Toronto, as they are all ready for retirement. How to eliminate your division from the market 101 right here ... too bad, this would have been a strong division with a market that is booming!
