      The company culture is good. Colleagues are willing to share and play together. It has a committee to organize all the company internal activities and external training. Good for the young engineers.

      Cons

      the salary is not very competitive. Sometimes need to work late.

      The wider WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff company has some very experienced and knowledgeable experts and is involved in some cutting edge infrastructure projects.

      Cons

      The Energy & Industry business unit in the UK is set up for a previous era and no longer seems to match the requirements of the market. Management seems to be stuck in a rut and no amount of restructuring seems to make any difference.
