      Pros

      Management promote from outside so great place to get a job. Lots of opportunities for those selected. Few highly dedicated technical professionals, so lots of opportunities to rise. Values the inexperienced especially at mid level management.

      Cons

      Driven by bottom line, so those with project management speak do well. Office is nearly empty at 4 pm so excellent work life balance, except the few dedicated technical proficient individuals who work long hours. So be careful not to become one of those.
