Great people to work with, overall good work conditions
Cons
Many departments would benefit from being re-structured and better managed. Limited access to training. Leadership should update their people management philosophy, for example by allowing for flexible schedules, working from home, workspace that consider employee needs and not just fitting as many people as possible on each floor, standing or sitting desks, etc. Currently focus seems to be on maximizing revenue for investors more than making sure employees are happy at work and receive competitive compensation and perks.
