Pros
Work on a diverse selection of project and building types. Have great people with charisma. Good internal resources and ability to work with other offices. Potential to work in another office in a another city. Great at letting young engineers take the lead to learn how to become self-sufficient quickly.
Cons
The company continues to expand, merge and acquire although it has never properly unified its businesses. Many corporate actions are only at the benefit of the shareholders and not the employees. Broad direction is given from above without consideration to the local markets.
