Great oppurtunity to grow, working in a well organized environment and being supported adequately. The company is keen to support your professional development through your chartered application.

Cons

Having had a look around, I think that salary for my role are quite under the average. Nothing else to complain about.

Blind eye to workplace harassment!

Interesting and high profile projects. Pretty competitive salary for the industry. Mostly good people overall. That's about it.

Cons

Senior management consists of manipulators and puppets. There's really nothing special about a huge engineering firm to differentiate itself from the others. Waste of talent. Unethical business practices.
