Pros

All good points are negated by the bad points but salary is the main pro which comes to mind.

Cons

The review title says it all about WSP as an employer: This is WSP middle management's motto. MM is known to force the untimely exit, by various, devious means, of a well trained and valuable employee, if MM does not like the unfortunate employee. If petty and trivial are what you are looking for in an employer's management style, this is the place for you.
