Pros

Great people who work hard. Great benefits - one of the best I have seen and always looking for ways to improve. Value work/life balance.

Cons

I worked there for a few yrs and the company grew quicker than it could keep up. More focus on current staff and programs but I believe they are moving in the right direction.
