      Depending on the team you get lots of experience very quickly. Promotion are fair and merit based. Line managers, directors and senior staff are all very supportive.

      Elected official and senior management have serious trust issues with employees of all levels. Micromanagement doesn't begin to describe their management style. You are often kept out of the loop on important issues.
