Great people Valuable experience Meaningful independent work

Cons

Strict corporate policies, such as 1 week paid maternity leave Little supervision, which makes being an intern with a million questions somewhat difficult All work, no play. Not very appealing to a young person

Pros

WSP is good place to start a career and work for. I've had an intern position and its definitely enabled my prospects of a future full time position. The environment is friendly supportive and encouraging and performance oriented

Cons

A bit of disorganization on behalf of the company in terms of the teams and roles.
