Offer a average salary, however it is a very flexible company when it comes to balancing work with daily life etc

Cons

Not too many cons I guess sometimes workload can be a bit overwhelming, especially when starting out as a graduate with no experience, you’re kinda just thrown into the job and expected to get on with it. But with time you get over that aspect. One thing to bear in mind they’re very big on the being a woke business kinda thing
