      Pros

      They have a private superannuation company where the employer get a bonus for each percentage saved, also they have profit distribution, annual gift and internal hiring before searching outside the company for the same position.

      Cons

      It takes a load amount of time to get anything that needs licensing. Internal IT support is bottlenecked. And a bit of inflexibility to work/get help across teams of different departments.
