If you want to work in a relaxed environment with stability than thats the place for you.

Cons

Wages are quite low,and not much incentives so it´s much the same if you work more or less.

Short staffed in sales - too many administrative tasks (order entry, RGA, "round robin" is still a call center environment no matter what the nick name - let sales team SELL.
