Sales side great, operations mangers weak

Good pay and benifits. All employees eligible for an annual bonus.

Cons

Operation managers weak and are intimidated by ideas and process not thought up by them. Anything that challenges the status quo is frowned upon regardless of its merits. Company has so much potential and growth opportunity but will be limited by weak ops managers. Very clickish in headquarters – many not in the click are looking for other work or have already left.

The people were nice. Paycheck.

Cons

Everyone is concerned with how much they work. No one leaves at 5pm and stays late until 7pm. Sometimes there are "parties" where everyone works late together in exchange for pizza. The work is not rewarding. Every week someone was either fired or left of their own accord.

Short staffed in sales - too many administrative tasks (order entry, RGA, "round robin" is still a call center environment no matter what the nick name - let sales team SELL.
