      Pros

      You have a amazing opportunity to learn about industry products and have a great professional development. You receive a part of the profits, but it is a really little part.

      Cons

      Low salary if you compare to other companies that do the same business. They divide you from the managers and directors. The contact with then is not to encouraged.

      Pros

      They encourage you to learn about their existing products as well as new and up coming products though lunch and learn sessions.

      Cons

      Occasionally there wasn't enough coverage for the front desk. The sales support team was asked to cover for sometimes a half a day which made us fall behind on that days work.
