WEG ME is a small set up. Easy to work with. You are a big fish in a small pond. Helps you to take decisions.

Cons

Difficult to grow. Factory needs to improve. Thinking needs to be more global. Very conservative in terms of investment.

Information was abundant if you knew where to get it. Knowledge was around every corner. Managers mouths were flowing with education

Cons

Nobody knows where to get the information. The building had no corners. Most Managers spoke a foreign language. Portuguese mostly.
