With all the stresses of life the way it is with the new hurdles in life WEG is a world class employer. They ensure all aspects of work and health during these times are fully covered. To ensure time required for testing quarantine time and missed work during the wait period they have covered that time from the assigned COVID off time, not vacation or sick time. They ensured it was taken care of with one simple email.

Cons

None come to mind. My work life at WEG is very enjoyable. One person in my life said "If work is fulfilling than life is fun". That person was my father and I truly believe that.
